IMPORTANT NOTICE
ALL ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE ARE FINAL SALE.
In-store purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
Our Return & Exchange Policy applies to ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
-All in-store purchases
-Any item marked Final Sale
-Sale or clearance items
-Accessories
-Dresses priced at $698 or above
-Mother of the Occasion dresses
ELIGIBILITY FOR ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible online items must meet all of the following conditions:
-Requested within 2 days of delivery
(including weekends and holidays)
-Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged
-Original tags and packaging must be attached
-No signs of wear, odor, makeup, alterations, or damage
Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
REFUNDS (ONLINE ORDERS ONLY)
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may request a return within 2 days of delivery.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If a return shipping label is requested, a $15 label fee will be deducted from the refund
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after inspection and approval.
Processing time: 5–10 business days after the return is received.
EXCHANGES (ONLINE ORDERS ONLY)
We allow one exchange per online purchase.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery
Exchanges may be made for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability)
If the new item price differs, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly Time-sensitive events (prom, pageants, galas): Please notify us immediately so we can offer the best possible options.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Wait for approval
before sending any items back
Include your original packing slip or invoice
Clearly write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package
Your item must be in transit within 2 days of approval. Items not shipped within this timeframe will be rejected.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, altered, or canceled.
If an item becomes unavailable, you will be offered: A suitable alternative, or A full refund for the unavailable item.
Middleton’s Elegantly Elevated is not responsible for sizing selections. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
FRAUD PREVENTION
For your protection, all orders are subject to verification. Orders flagged for fraud prevention may require additional confirmation and may delay shipping until verification is complete.
